Annual Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest Schedule of Events

Ongoing
events taking place each weekend include:
* Log
Sawing & Stein Holding Contests - held several times
throughout the day both Saturdays and Sundays.
* The Safe Slam Beer Drinking contest is held every Saturday
evening.
* Children's contests held Sundays at approximately 3:00
p.m.
* Outside Budenstrasse (Game Booths, Exhibitors, Petting
Zoo) is open Saturdays from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 p.m. and
Sundays from 12:00 Noon - 5:00 p.m.
Please
note: On Saturdays after 6:00 p.m. only persons 21 years
and older will be admitted. However, families with children
who have entered Oktoberfest prior to 6:00 p.m. will not
be asked to leave Oktoberfest after 6:00 p.m.

to spot indigenous birds who have found their way back home
to Big Bear Lake.

- Spring Air Fair
Mountains of fun for the entire family with unique crafts,
games and live entertainment in the outdoor Beer Garden.

- Open Sky Music Festival
The mountains are alive with "Blues on the Lake"
as jazz fans gather to hear the live music and spicy edibles,
all at a spring meadow's lakeside amphitheater.

- July 4th Fireworks & Old Miners' Days
Shimmering fireworks light up the night skies on July 4th.
Relive historic Big Bear at the logging & horseshoe contests,
cowboy poetry and chili cook-off.

- Antique Car Show & Fun Run
Style, pizzazz and 500+hot, hot rods fill the streets of Big
Bear.
