Duke - Large adult male

Oh this is a beautiful big red boy that has been through so much in his lifetime. He is the most deserving of all the dogs here, untold horrific things have happened to him and yet he is the most loving well behaved sweet dog. He had been rescued from cruel people and then the cruelest thing of all is his new master died suddenly with no one to take care of him. If you ever wanted to do a good turn, here is your chance...give Duke a chance you won't be sorry

Buddy Large adult Male

Buddy is a big strong beautiful boy. He loves sleeping on something soft and loves attention and having his head stroked. He'll press his whole body against you just to make sure you understand he wants attention. Buddy has devised a new game for me to play with him. He picks up a ball, drops it at my feet and waits for me to kick it, then he chases it with delight. He loves this game and doesn't understand why I don't stay with him and play. Won't you adopt him and be Buddy's permanent play person?
 
Otto Medium size adult Male

Otto is one of our favorites, he is terribly cute. Maybe it's the way he sleeps, head on paws. We love this boy and sure want to get him a good home. Otto needs a a place of his own without other dogs so he'll be able to bask in all of your attention. Otto is black and tan with natural ears and tail. He has nice clean short hair like a Dobie but that face has something else in it (not rottie or pit). He is house trained and crate trained and not a barker. Just a nice boy to have around.
Juneau Medium size adult Male

Juneau is a lovely, well-behaved guy. He is on the smaller side, red, and he's docked and cropped. He's a pleasure to be around and will be a great addition to the life of the lucky person who gives him the home he so deserves. He is house trained, crate trained and mannerly
 
 

 
     
      Atlas - Large adult male

Atlas wants to be an only dog! He is quiet handsome. He would probably do better with a woman, soft spoken that has a very tall fence. It would be even better if you worked from home so he would feel secure. He is black and tan cropped and docked, house trained and mannerly.
     
     
Nathan - Large adult male

Nathan is a sweet sensitive dog who's having trouble here at the rescue, it's so loud here and so many dogs barking at him all the time! How I wish I could find him a nice quiet safe place where he wasn't made to be so nervous and on edge! He desperately needs a quiet, calm home. He's a gorgeous guy, black & tan with a shiny coat. He has cropped ears and a docked tail. Nathan would be protective of you and be a very loyal companion. Please, he really needs to be an only dog and doesn't want to share his home with a cat either. He'd love love love a big yard to run in. Come get him out of this place and he will be forever grateful.


     
     
Archie - Large adult male

Archie is a cute red dobie who is 2 years old. He is friendly and energetic, but does need training. He has natural ears and a docked tail.
Billy - Large young male

Billy is seven months, well mannered. He is red, cropped and docked but his ears don't stand yet. He does well with small dogs and passive larger dogs. He has not been around children so I would say kids 10 yrs and upwards. He has not been around cats. He is on thyroid medication. Call me for all the details
Rocky - Large adult male

Rocky was found fenced up and abandoned. They'd simply left him, never to return. How could someone do this to this sweet dog? Rocky had no food and no water for a very long time. Rocky had tried everything to escape so he could save himself, had tried to squeeze through a much too small opening in the fence. How do you explain to a dog that he deserves a forever home with a person who loves him and will never, ever leave him like that again? Even though Rocky was betrayed by people but he still loves us. Maybe you are the person whose heart is as big as his ? Rocky is on the smaller side of dobies so he's easier to handle. He's a playful boy who has a lot of play time to catch up on and likes to be petted too.
